Getting a Restraining Order

To receive help with a temporary restraining orders, call 209-941-2611 or come to our TRO clinic every Thursday from 8:30am to 11:00am. Please do not bring children.

Things to remember to bring:

  • Full Name of each person presented in the restraining order
  • Birthdates of all parties
  • Addresses of all parties
  • Dates that abuse took place
  • A brief synopsis of the most current abuse.

After the paper work is processed you will receive a court date. At that time call us and we will be a support person in court with you.
